LGUP DualMode is a mod to the LGUP utility normally used to flash firmware to LG phones. I have changed the phone interface DLL to the universal LG DLL used by LG Bridge. This makes it compatible with nearly any LG phone released after 2014. I then modded the LGUP executable and the universal DLL to unlock all the developer options embedded into LGUP. There are many very useful options, including the ability to read ANY partition on ANY phone and the ability to cross flash firmware from a different model phone that uses the same hardware. https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=76995781&postcount=26
