Extract the zip with 7zip - inside is the folder HWOTA. You need to copy the folder HWOTA to external SD, with the included files. Copy then the 3 Full-OTA-MF-Firmware zip Files into the HWOTA folder on external SD, rename two zip files as described - and flash from TWRP only the: ExtSD-FirmwareUpdateScript.zip
