Synced with latest LineageOS 15.1 source code. Some patches / fixes by @DarkJoker360, @Linux4, @Thespartann Security patch: 2021 May 5.

Additional Information:

As of now, in LOS 15.1 Bluetooth and RIL are not working. (Deep voice and / or no SIM card bug is present!) also, auto rotation causes reboots in Camera, Gallery and Dialer apps. I recommend using the 14.1 builds for now.
