Same files/same ZIP as ATT_OC4_RIL, only updated the name and updater_script to ease the mind of users weary of flashing OC4 files when using the OC3 Modem (full disclosure, they're still the OC4 files, but they are identical anyway, don't worry, they work, I promise =P). Purpose, to fix network connectivity on i9505 Lollipop roms such as Albe95's s6 Full PORT. It replaces 3 RIL (radio interface layer) libraries from a stock i337, OC4 rom.
