LineageOS 14.1 (previously CyanogenMod "CM" Android AOSP Nougat 7.1) for LG G4 H811 (T-Mobile version) built from sources synchronized with LineageOS and TheMuppets github repositories at approximately 21:47 UTC Sunday 2017-02-05. This build includes the su binary.

NOTE: This build has some personal changes to official LineageOS code to:
1) Default enable flip cover settings in the settings menu; and
2) Set the default appearance of the flip cover screen to "never"
I've been testing this for 24 hours and it seems to fix the problem. The code I changed has been forwarded to the official LineageOS devs.
